All visits are conducted virtually. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to address any questions about expectations and what  Coretality can offer you. After determining the best treatment option, you'll have an initial visit followed by regular follow-ups and routine labs. Your medication will be shipped to your home for self-administration. 

We provide online booking for appointments. To schedule your appointment, please select “Schedule An Appointment” on our website or access the patient portal directly.h the patient portal. 

We do not currently accept insurance for our services. Medications are cash-pay, as they are routinely not covered by insurance. While you may use your insurance for lab tests and certain medications, coverage cannot be guaranteed. Operating on a cash-pay basis allows us to provide services at a more affordable cost. This approach also allows us to offer extended visit times and deliver a more comprehensive level of care.

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  Coretality charges a $40 fee for no-shows or canceled consultations. 

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by texting or calling us at (325) 305-9600.  Please note that emails are not an acceptable method for cancellations. 
• Additionally, clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows will not be allowed to schedule future appointments. 

Yes - we accept both HSA and FSA cards.  However, we recommend that our patients contact these organizations directly, as guidelines may vary. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for submission if needed. 

Here are some tips to prepare for your blood draw:

• Begin drinking extra water the day before your blood draw to ensure you are well-hydrated. Aim for 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. 
• Drinking plenty of water can make you feel better if you are fasting and can facilitate a smoother blood draw. Since blood is about 50 percent water, staying well-hydrated makes your veins plumper and easier to locate.
• Get your blood pumping by jogging or walking briskly into the office and up the stairs.
• Fasting requirements for ALL bloodwork: Avoid all food and beverages for at least 10-12 hours before the lab draw. You are able to drink water only, which is highly encouraged. 
• Testosterone labs should be drawn before 11:00 am. 
• If you are taking a break from your bio-identical hormones, wait 2 weeks after starting your normal routine to have your blood drawn.
• Most Supplements/Vitamins are ok to continue before lab draws. It is recommended that you wait until after the lab draw because most are best taken with food.
  • Exceptions:
    • Biotin (also called vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R), commonly found in products promoting nail, skin, and hair health, is recommended that you wait at least 72 hours from your last dose before sample collection. 
• Take any necessary medications (blood pressure, etc.) as usual.
